In accordance with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2013, we offer a free in-store take-back service for old vape devices on a like-for-like basis when you purchase a new equivalent item from us.

What can be returned?

When purchasing a new vape product, customers may return an old equivalent electrical vape item free of charge, regardless of its make, model, or brand. This includes:

• Vape devices and starter kits

• Vape mods

• Rechargeable pod devices

• Vape tanks with electrical components

• Charging cables and chargers supplied with vape devices

How our take-back service works

1. Purchase a new vape device or equivalent electrical vaping product from our shop.

2. Bring your old vape device or related electrical vaping equipment to the counter at the time of purchase.

3. Our staff will accept the returned item free of charge.

4. The returned equipment will be stored safely and sent for appropriate recycling and treatment through authorised WEEE recycling channels.

Please note that returned items should be electrical or electronic vaping equipment. E-liquids, disposable pods without electrical components, and general waste are not covered by this service.

By returning your old vaping equipment for recycling, you are helping to reduce waste and protect the environment by ensuring valuable materials are recovered and hazardous substances are managed responsibly.
